Let's Go!

What an amazing couple of weeks it has been! The wedding was so fun. Thank you B&B for having ALL of us to the wedding and to the lake the next day. The bride and groom looked like they were having as much fun as the guests and as usual, seeing all the little kids running around, dancing up a storm, wrestling, climbing trees, etc.--really made my day.

The previous week, those of us who could swing an impromptu camping trip headed to Galena for a few days. We fished, boated, swam, played with frogs and snakes, and sat around a campfile until all hours. Somebody had the idea that if we organized our next trip, it would be easier on everyone--we could coordinate who's bringing what--and we might be able to get more people involved with a reasonable amount of forewarning. We had several ideas off the bat for places to go next. I think we were talking about next summer, but that is open to negotiation. These were some of the places we thought of--

--A couple of locations in the Southwest came up including the Grand Canyon, Taos, and Lake Powell. This could be either a camping trip or something involving a higher level of accomodations or a little of both.

--I think somebody mentioned Hawaii.

--Time-share somewhere in the Caribbean?

Anybody remember any of the other options we talked about?
